Who we are

UK Grant Writer is run by Cheryl Graham. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us. Contact: hello@ukgrantwriter.com.

What we collect

When you email us or use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), and the details you share about your project or organisation.

Why we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide our grant writing services. We rely on your consent (when you send an enquiry) and on our contract with you (when we work together).

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your information for marketing. With your agreement, we may share project details with partners involved in your application, such as Bright Box Solutions where you choose our partnership scheme. Our email and website providers store data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for up to 7 years, in line with funders' record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, at any time by emailing hello@ukgrantwriter.com.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
